February 16 Hit and Run At 1:22 a.m. officers were dispatched to Hinsdale South High School parking lot 7401 Clarendon Hills Road for a hit and run accident. The victim advised between 4:00 p.m. February 15, 2022 and 1:15 a.m. on February 16, 2022 unknown driver damaged victim’s vehicle parked in the lot.

Burglary from Motor Vehicle At 6:07 a.m. an officer was dispatched to the 9300 block of Waterfall Glen Boulevard for a burglary from motor vehicle. The victim advised between 8:30 p.m. February 15, 2022 and 6:00 a.m. February 16, 2022 unknown offenders removed a wallet from the unlocked vehicle. The approximate loss is $70 no other information at this time.

Burglary from Motor Vehicle At 1:25 p.m. an officer was dispatched to the 2300 block of Oakmont Way reference a burglary. The complainant advised between 12:01 a.m. February 16, 2022 and 1:00 p.m. February 22, 2022 unknown offenders removed multiple items from the vehicle. The approximate loss is $1,650.00

Burglary from Motor Vehicle At 2:00 p.m. an officer investigated a burglary that occurred in the 2300 block of Oakmont Way. The complainant advised between 12:01 a.m. February 16, 2022 and 8:00 a.m. February 16, 2022 unknownoffenders removed miscellaneous items includinga garage dooropener from thevehicle. The approximate loss is $60 no other information at this time.

February 18 Driving While License Revoked

At 7:28 p.m. an officer observed a vehicle on Oldfield Road fail to stop at a stop sign. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Deion Jones, 22, of 951North Frontage Road Darien was charged with driving with a revoked license, disobeying a stop sign and an active traffic warrant out of Joliet Illinois State Police. Jones was given a court date of April 20, 2022 at Will County Courthouse for the warrant and March 24, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center for other charges.

Criminal Damage to Property

At 9:09 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 6700 block of High Road for a criminal damage to a motor vehicle. The complainant advised between 7:00 p.m. February 18, 2022 and 9:00 p.m. February 18, 2022 unknown offenders damaged the front driver-side window. The approximate loss is $300 no other information at this time.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol At 12:16 a.m. officers in the area of Route 83 saw a vehicle stopped at a green light. The vehicle

was stopped and the driver, Howard Willis III, 22, of 890 W. Foxworth Boulevard, Lombard was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper stopping, standing or parking where prohibited. Willis was given a court date of March 22, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

February 19 Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol At 2:18 a.m. an officer observed a vehicle in the 800 block of 75 Street right weaving in and out the right and left lanes of travel and the driver drove through a red light without stopping. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Rafael Ballardin, 32, of 300 S. Frontage Road Burr Ridge was

arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, improper stopping, parking or standing on roadway and disobeying a traffic control signal. Ballardin was given a court date of March 22, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

February 20 Warrant Arrest At 7:47 a.m. an officer in the 600 block of 67 Street observed a vehicle speeding. Radar confirmed a speed of 50 mph in a 25 mph zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Rella Ricks, 34, of 6704 Aspen Lane, Westmont was arrested on an active failure to appear warrant out

of DuPage County for traffic and cited for speeding. Ricks was given a court date of March 21, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
