James R. Thomas acquires 778 Parkview Court, Roselle

On Feb. 2, James R. Thomas purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 778 Parkview Court, Roselle from Thomas (trust) for $325,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $6,637.60. This is 2.04% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, three properties sold in Roselle.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James R. Thomas has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 778 Parkview Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: James R. Thomas, 34, Elaine Thomas, 70, and Charles R. Thomas, 66.
