On Feb. 2, Richard and Rita Schretter purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 908 Williamsburg Drive, Naperville from Maroni (trust) for $425,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $9,740.52, which is 2.29% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, five properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 908 Williamsburg Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Blake A. Shaver, 35, and Kelsey P. Shaver, 34.
