The home at 1958 Sherwood Place, Wheaton was sold on Jan. 19 by William A. King for $450,000. The buyers were John V. Pezzullo and Joanne M Curry.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $10,596.72, 2.35% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 61 properties sold in Wheaton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, W. A. King has been registered to vote since 1976 and has voted in at least 11 primary elections, records show, including 11 Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1958 Sherwood Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: W. A. King, 81, and Diane P. King, 79.
