On Jan. 19, Marucut (trust) sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 46 Briarwood, Oak Brook to Anthony and Marilyn Russo for $600,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,958.36, 1.16% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, seven properties sold in Oak Brook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 46 Briarwood as of Oct. 10, 2020: Afrelida G Marucut, 92, Germana M. Regino, 80, and Dionisio Marucut, 79.
