On Jan. 19, John C. Campanelli sold their four bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home at 1047 Courtland Place, Aurora to Timothy J. and Brooke M. Ruxton for $775,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $20,733.08, which is 2.68% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 26, 2017 for $660,000.

So far in January 2022, 65 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, John Campanelli has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1047 Courtland Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kristina Campanelli, Laura J. Birck, 61, and John Campanelli.
