William Briscolino purchases 2209 Dalewood Court, Woodridge

The home at 2209 Dalewood Court, Woodridge was sold on Jan. 19 by Frank Haworth Lester Jr. for $291,000. The buyer was William Briscolino.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,133.78, 2.45% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 32 properties sold in Woodridge.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Frank H. Lester has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2209 Dalewood Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amy M. Lester, 79, and Frank H. Lester, 81.
