On Jan. 24, Matthew Bingham sold their four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 1595 Whistler Court, Aurora to Jeremy R. and Carla Da Cunha Graczyk for $820,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $16,015.78, 1.95% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 26, 2016. It last sold for $630,000.

So far in January 2022, 65 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Matthew Bingham has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1595 Whistler Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Matthew Bingham, 43, Brandy Bray, 31, and Victoria Bingham, 50.
