The home at 905 Jordan Court, Westmont was sold on Jan. 24 by Michelle A. Purrazzo Supplement for $266,000. The buyers were Marsel Fere and Jonida Refitaj.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,260.84, 1.98% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 19 properties sold in Westmont.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, G. Crutchfield, 60, was the only registered voter residing at 905 Jordan Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
