On Jan. 24, Stephan Bast and Ashley Italia purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom property at 967 Stuart Drive, Bartlett from Vinod N Mody for $273,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,432.28, 2.72% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 16 properties sold in Bartlett.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 967 Stuart Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cheryl Degraff, 56, and Sara J. Stanton, 33.
