The home at 1045 Deer Glen Court, Glen Ellyn was sold on Jan. 24 by Aheed J. Siddiqi (trust) for $625,000. The buyers were Kamran Khan and Arsala Shahbaz.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $13,032.38, 2.09% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 38 properties sold in Glen Ellyn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Aheed J. Siddiqi has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1045 Deer Glen Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Aheed J. Siddiqi, 45, and Shama S. Ahmed, 44.
