On Jan. 24, Rita F. Pascolla 2014 (trust) sold their home at 260 S. Cedar Ave., Wood Dale to Sandra C Rivera and Leopoldo Calderon for $370,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $8,642.44, which is 2.34% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 19 properties sold in Wood Dale.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Rita F Pascolla has been registered to vote since 1972 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 260 S. Cedar Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joan Albertini, 76, Kenneth J. Albertini, 78, and Rita F Pascolla, 90.
