On Jan. 25, M Elaine Vandenburg sold their home at 437 Old Surrey Road, Hinsdale to Sheng Wang and Wenyang Zhang for $258,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,842.66, which is 1.49% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of nine sales so far in Hinsdale in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, M. Elaine Vandenburg, 76, was the only registered voter residing at 437 Old Surrey Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
