On Jan. 25, William Jagnow and Mary McDonnell purchased a home at 471 S. Stratford Ave., Elmhurst from Jason T Farmer for $660,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $13,038.66, which is 1.98% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 8, 2021. It last sold for $660,000.

So far in January 2022, 41 properties sold in Elmhurst.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jason Terris Farmer has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 471 S. Stratford Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jason Terris Farmer, 42, and Michelle Farmer, 41.
