On Jan. 31, Samantha Marie Garcia and Shawn Jermanie Smith purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 884 Lakeside Drive, Bartlett from Thanh Thi Nguyen for $328,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $7,752.22, which is 2.36% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 5, 2012. It last sold for $168,000.

So far in January 2022, 16 properties sold in Bartlett.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thanh Nguyen has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 884 Lakeside Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mike Vu Pham, 35, Thanh Tran, 65, Thanh Nguyen, 59, Havy Tran, 36, Ngu Binh N. Tran, 27, and Tinh Tam Nguyen Tran, 26.
