On Jan. 18, Louis and Ruth Songco Chi purchased a home at 5810 Giddings Ave., Hinsdale from Diane P Wood for $795,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $12,746.80, 1.6% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Hinsdale in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Diane P. Wood has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 5810 Giddings Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert Sufit, 71, and Diane P. Wood, 71.
