On Jan. 20, Connor Keough sold their home at 79 Jefferson St., Winfield to Thomas Anthony Prete and Kelly Oliver for $413,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,204.88, 1.5% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 27, 2016. It last sold for $150,000.

So far in January 2022, eight properties sold in Winfield.
