On Jan. 20, Wanda Poznanska sold their home at 75 Myrtle Ave., Oakbrook Terrace to Gregory and Lindsay McKinney for $330,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,376.88, 1.63% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 19, 2002 for $247,000.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Oakbrook Terrace as of this publication.
