The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2319 Driftwood Lane, Hanover Park was sold on Dec. 27 by Kaniyalal M Patel for $310,000. The buyers were Diana K Morales and Damian C Jimenez.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,749.42, 2.5% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $250,000 on Jan. 25, 2005.

So far in December 2021, 12 properties sold in Hanover Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, N. D. Patel has been registered to vote since 2006.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2319 Driftwood Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: N. D. Patel, 93, and Kanaiyalal Patel, 59.
