The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,189.58, 1.92% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 2, 1998 for $202,500.

So far in December 2021, 24 properties sold in Darien.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1807 Holly Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Josephine Lucente, 46, and Brandon White, 32.
