The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 799 Tonto Court, Carol Stream was sold on Dec. 28 by Maria A. Paradowski (trustee) for $299,000. The buyer was Nhung Tiony Vu.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $7,329.86, which is 2.45% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 28 sales so far in Carol Stream in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Maria A. Paradowski (71) has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least 16 primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and 14 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
