In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $9,741.04, which is 1.91% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Feb. 26, 2018 for $405,000.

So far in December 2021, 25 properties sold in Wheaton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bradley S. Reid has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1905 Sherwood Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Catherine A. Reid, 38, Elizabeth Hambrickstowe, 73, Bradley S. Reid, 38, and Charles E Hambrick Stowe, 73.
