620 Devon Drive, Burr Ridge purchased by Ramzey D LLC

On Dec. 7, Ramzey D LLC purchased a home at 620 Devon Drive, Burr Ridge from Tom (trust) for $609,500.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $14,620.08, which is 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Burr Ridge.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael Tom, 77, was the only registered voter residing at 620 Devon Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
