On Dec. 8, 718 Ogden LLC purchased a commercial property at 716 Ogden Ave., Downers Grove from Hinsdale Bank & Trust Co. for $1,150,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $17,023.50, 1.48% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold on Jan. 11, 1996 for $266,500.

So far in December 2021, 11 properties sold in Downers Grove.
