On Dec. 8, Gregorio E Acierto Jr. and Zenaida Acierto purchased a home at 7310 Baybury Road, Downers Grove from Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC for $146,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $814.54, 0.56% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 11 properties sold in Downers Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bonnie J. Gentille, 92, was the only registered voter residing at 7310 Baybury Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
