On Dec. 9, National Equity Inc. (trust) and N. P. Dodge Jr. (trust) purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 223 S. Fairfield Ave., Lombard from David C. Dombrowski for $580,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $9,907.06, which is 1.71% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $415,000 on March 1, 2019.

This property is one of four sales so far in Lombard in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David Dombrowski has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.
