On Dec. 10, Nitin and Ritika Aurora purchased a home at 839 N. Loomis St., Naperville from Besnik Krasniqi for $785,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $10,437.88, which is 1.33% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $480,000 on Feb. 7, 2020.

So far in December 2021, seven properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, E D Vyas, 79, was the only registered voter residing at 839 N. Loomis St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
