On Dec. 10, Douglas W. Grall sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 905 Molobay Terrace, Bartlett to Mssy Investments LLC for $238,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $6,236.22. This is 2.62% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Bartlett as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Douglas W. Grall (64) has been registered to vote since 1975 and has voted in at least 17 primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and 16 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
