On Dec. 10, Maria T. Siwa purchased a home at 620 Grove St., Bensenville from Bernadette Thibodeau for $300,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $7,501.98, which is 2.5% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Bensenville so far in December 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Maria T. Siwa has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 620 Grove St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Socorro B Daskal, 90, J. Bretana, 102, Arsenio T. Bretano, 101, Delbert J Daskal, 102, Maria T. Siwa, 61, and Alex Jones.
