On Dec. 10, Mary Ann Evans (trustee) sold their home at 1901 Elmore Ave., Downers Grove to Luke and Kelly Gribben Dussman for $830,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $13,155.34, 1.58% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 11 sales so far in Downers Grove in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary Ann Evans has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.
