The three bedroom, two bathroom property at 139 E. Sherman Court, Bartlett was sold on Oct. 22 by Cathy Herrick (trustee) for $245,000. The buyers were Salih Haskan and Shahla Alhamy.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $7,452.18. This is 3.04% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 25 properties sold in Bartlett.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 139 E. Sherman Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elizabeth J. Hoglund, 82, and Michael Hoglund, 47.
