On Oct. 13, Scott Mayer sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1851 Deerfield Court, Hanover Park to Armando and Melinda Garcia for $300,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $6,532.98. This is 2.18% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $222,000 on June 6, 2003.

So far in October 2021, five properties sold in Hanover Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Scott Mayer has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1851 Deerfield Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kathryn D. Mayer, 51, and Scott Mayer, 53.
