On Oct. 15, Aram M Toroyan and Wenyan Zhou purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 850 Shandrew Drive, Naperville from Kathleen M. Servi for $344,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,470.30, 1.88% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 39 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kathleen M. Servi (71) has been registered to vote since 1999 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
