The three bedroom home at 25 W. Nevada Ave., Glendale Heights was sold on Oct. 4 by Julia Schillichtmann for $278,000. The buyers were Manuel and Ricardo Monitel.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,661.26, 1.32% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $230,000 on Sept. 27, 2005.

This property is one of three sales so far in Glendale Heights in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were six registered voters residing at 25 W. Nevada Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jesus J. De La Torre-Hernandez, 23, Danny De La Torre, Hilda Garcia Villarruel, 45, Eduardo Garcia, 49, Julia M. Schlichtmann, 74, and Rodolfo G. Schlichtmann, 79.
