The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,607.56, 2.7% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $225,000 on March 6, 2020.

This property is one of five sales so far in Carol Stream in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 462 Silverleaf Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kathleen M. Finch, 37, and Andrew Finch, 38.
