On Oct. 12, Christina and Andres Palomares purchased a home at 356 N. Harvard Ave., Villa Park from Lynn Wischler Lobianco for $207,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,738.98. This is 1.81% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $156,000 on June 7, 2002.

This property is one of six sales so far in Villa Park in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lynn Wischler Lobianco has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 356 N. Harvard Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: William Lobianco, William R Lo Bianco, 66, and Lynn Wischler Lobianco, 65.
