The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 680 E. Turner Ave., Roselle was sold on Sept. 30 by James Halles for $390,000. The buyers were Raymond and Sandra Fletcher.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,511.18, 1.67% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 10, 1999. It last sold for $216,000.

This property is one of 44 sales so far in Roselle in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James B. Halles has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 680 E. Turner Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: James B. Halles, 55, and Jennifer E. Halles, 59.
