On Oct. 5, Joseph De La Cruz purchased a home at 340 W. Morris Ave., Lombard from Kristy Nakoneczny (trustee) for $246,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,138.16, 2.5% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Lombard as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 340 W. Morris Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Roger J Koerber, 93, and Eleanor Koerber, 92.
