On Oct. 6, Jose L. and Elsa Velasco purchased a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2134 Brittany Lane, Glendale Heights from Dushyant F Bhagat for $215,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,729.22, 1.27% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 15, 2000 for $134,000.

This property is the only sale in Glendale Heights so far in October 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Utkarsh Bhagat, 38, was the only registered voter residing at 2134 Brittany Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
