On Sept. 17, Donald C. Peterson sold their home at 506 Glendale Ave., Wheaton to Patricia Aguiar for $355,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,064.08, 1.43% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 55 properties sold in Wheaton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Donald C. Peterson has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 506 Glendale Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Chun Mee Cheon, 65, Donald C. Peterson, 69, and IL Cheon.
