227 N. Harvard Ave., Villa Park unloaded by Munther Salim

The home at 227 N. Harvard Ave., Villa Park was sold on Sept. 21 by Munther Salim for $660,000. The buyers were Imran and Humaira Khan.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $14,321.84, 2.17% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $600,000 on Sept. 27, 2007.

So far in September 2021, 20 properties sold in Villa Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Munther Salim has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 227 N. Harvard Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rhonda Salim, 44, and Munther Salim, 55.
