On Sept. 21, Mark and Elizabeth Earnest purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 949 Grant St., Bartlett from Prakash Patel Ttee for $287,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,300.40, which is 2.2% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 29 sales so far in Bartlett in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Prakash Patel has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 949 Grant St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Prakash Patel, 79, and Marcia Patel, 76.
