On Sept. 21, Kristen Bartholomew Ttee purchased a home at 517 E Prairie Ave., Lombard from Peter Breen for $360,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,906.12, 1.92% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 25, 2006 for $332,000.

This property is one of 46 sales so far in Lombard in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Peter Breen has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 517 E Prairie Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Peter Breen, 45, and Margaret L. Breen, 47.
