The home at 3004 Shepherd Court, Woodridge was sold on Sept. 21 by Victor J Cordes Ttee II for $290,000. The buyers were Lizbeth Lopez and Jesus Ochoa.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,038.42, 2.43% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 23 sales so far in Woodridge in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Victor J. Cordes (78) has been registered to vote since 1971 and has voted in at least 19 primary elections, records show, including 14 Democratic Primaries and five Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
