On Sept. 21, Kristin L Codilis sold their home at 744 S. Hawthorne Ave., Elmhurst to Marla Porcelli and James Sherman for $920,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $14,202.98. This is 1.54% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 20, 2012 for $725,000.

So far in September 2021, 32 properties sold in Elmhurst.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kristin L. Codilis has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 744 S. Hawthorne Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Maggie Finan, 25, and Kristin L. Codilis, 40.
