On Sept. 22, Serena Dizonno and Dina Philipp purchased a home at 938 Greenwood Road, Wheaton from Andrea Larsen for $255,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,700.30, 1.06% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 55 properties sold in Wheaton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Selma Leverette, 98, was the only registered voter residing at 938 Greenwood Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
