On Sept. 22, Walter J. and Susan E. Kiska purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 920 Longford Drive, Roselle from Halina Korzeniewski for $296,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,828.92, 1.63% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $270,000 on Aug. 13, 2007.

So far in September 2021, 26 properties sold in Roselle.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Halina Korzeniewski has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 920 Longford Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Halina Korzeniewski, 73, and Robert Edward Przybysz, 50.
