On Sept. 22, Michael Andrew Martin purchased a home at 4423 Middleton Place, Lisle from Carol Jean Rogalski (trustee) for $330,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,777.94, which is 2.05% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 15 properties sold in Lisle.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Carol Jean Rogalski (83) has been registered to vote since 1983 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries and five Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
