Dupage County Sheriff unloads 2397 Autumn Grove Circle, Aurora

The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2397 Autumn Grove Circle, Aurora was sold on Sept. 22 by Dupage County Sheriff for $201,000. The buyers were Zhangzang Yin and Xinyi Cai.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,063.60, 3.51% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 16, 2016 for $248,000.

So far in September 2021, 53 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 2397 Autumn Grove Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: R. D. Treadwell, 61, Melissa Brown, 39, Danielle Chintalcheru, Melinda K. Chintalcheru, 41, and Ashley Todd, 33.
