On Sept. 22, Erin Frances and Edward Leonard Furgat purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 485 Ridgefield Drive, Roselle from Ashok Kumar for $335,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,478.64, which is 1.93% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $155,000 on Sept. 7, 1995.

This property is one of 26 sales so far in Roselle in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ashok Kumar has been registered to vote since 2002 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 485 Ridgefield Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashok Kumar, 80, and Shashi Kumar, 68.
